Gordon Ramsay has opened his first ever cookery academy in the heart of Woking, as a place to learn, to laugh and to love food.

At the Academy we have loads of amazing classes for you to book, from baking to sushi or steak masterclasses, there is something here for everyone. Whether you’ve got a full day to spare or just an evening to drop in, our classes range from 90 minutes to full day experiences, where you’ll be guided by our talented chefs to build on your existing skills, or create brand new ones.

With multiple teaching kitchens, a beautiful demonstration theatre as well as a cookbook library and lounge, the Academy is set for an amazing culinary experience, whatever the occasion.
