Moss Bros at Victoria Place

The new Moss Bros. store in Woking is a whole new concept for us, with the customer journey at its core. The Woking store is focused on showcasing the best of our ready-to-wear offering, our hire selection, and our custom-made options.

The space is laid out to meet different shopping habits, and it includes a dedicated style suite with its own fitting room and cash desk for private appointments. From creating a one-of-a-kind, custom-made suit to hiring for the big day, the suite is the ideal set up for a VIP experience.

Throughout the rest of the store, we’ve increased our casual range, showing that even when a suit isn’t required, you can still be on form. It’s about elevating those more laid-back moments and creating a look that’s distinctly Moss, and it works to show that we understand the way we live and work has changed.

When designing the store, we focussed on two things: the customer and our product. We considered how we could provide the best possible experience while at the same time giving the product enough space to be noticed and interacted with. To achieve this, we kept the shop fit pared back and refined, and fully flexible to change with seasons and events.

When we did have the opportunity to add texture to the floors and walls, we continued to keep it simple, and we didn’t feel the need to cover raw elements like the ceiling. This adds to the overall feeling of modernity.

With our new Woking store, we’re looking to the future with optimism. We understand how important the customer experience is, and how human interaction supports that experience. We know this space will engage the Moss Bros. customer, helping them look and feel their best.
