- This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
- This giveaway is hosted by Woking Shopping but managed by Why Media Ltd on their behalf.
- The competition will run from 7.00pm on the 15th October 2020 until 12.30pm on the 30th October 2020.
- The winner will be notified via Instagram within 24-hours of the competition closing.
- The prize for this giveaway is 2 x tickets to the Nova Cinema, Peacocks Centre, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6GQ. Tickets cannot be used for Nova Live screenings.
- We will send the winner all the instructions with regard to the receipt of the prize.
- You must be following Woking Shopping on Instagram and Facebook. You must also follow the competition entry guidelines in order to qualify for the draw.
- The competition winner has 72 hours to respond to our direct message on Instagram. Failure to do so will result in Woking Shopping selecting another winner.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Woking Shopping and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- Winners will be chosen: at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents by Why Media.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
