- This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
- This competition is hosted by Woking Shopping and Chopstix but managed by Why Media Ltd on their behalf.
- The competition will run from 18:00 on 5th February 2020 until 12:00 on 15th of February 2020.
- The winner will be notified via the social media channel they entered within 24-hours of the competition closing.
- The prize for this giveaway is one out of ten vouchers for a medium size box with two toppings at Chopstix.
- The vouchers will be posted to winners’ addresses and will be valid for a year.
- You must be following Woking Shopping and Chopstix on Instagram and Facebook. You must also follow the competition entry guidelines in order to qualify for the draw.
- The competition winner must respond to their notification of being the winner within 72-hours otherwise Woking Shopping reserves the right to select another winner.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except employees of Woking Shopping and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- Winners will be chosen: at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents by Why Media.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition you confirm that Woking Shopping has permission to use your video/photo entry on their social media channels, email marketing, and on their website.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
