Enjoy a Valentine's cooking experience

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, it’s time to start thinking of the best way to celebrate.
We all love a romantic meal for two, but what about an experience where you get to cook, eat and share your foodie passions together? The Gordon Ramsay Academy, Gordon’s first-ever cookery school, is the perfect place to make lasting memories this Valentine’s, whilst cooking up a delicious dinner guided by the Academy’s talented chefs.
This year, The Gordon Ramsay Academy is offering couples a multitude of cookery classes to keep the romance alive. On Valentine’s Day itself, between 18:30-20:00, they’re holding a special Valentine’s Day class where couples can work together to prepare a decadent meal of pan-fried duck, charred chicory and a creamy bean purée with a rich jus, followed by a gorgeously gooey chocolate pudding to share. And, of course, there will be a glass of fizz to start, and a glass of wine to enjoy with your finished dish.
For those who already have plans on the day itself, then Gordon Ramsay Academy has tons of classes and gift vouchers that are sure to excite more than a box of chocolates or bunch of roses! What could be more romantic than rolling beautiful pasta together in one of the many Italian-themed classes on offer? There’s Dinner in 90: Pasta; Taste of Italy; Ultimate Pasta and more!
Plan your next date night with one of the Academy’s fun, 90 minute evening dinner classes. Switch up your usual dinner routine with something a bit different after a long day at work. Couples will learn new skills to take home, as well as recipes they’ll be recreating again and again.
For those that prefer a romantic night in, there’s also the incredibly popular Beef Wellington Masterclass, where students will learn to make Gordon Ramsay’s famous Beef Wellington. Take it home, open a bottle of wine, light some candles, and hey presto! You’ve got yourself the perfect dinner for two of your own.
In addition to these classes, the Gordon Ramsay Academy also hosts full-day, half-day and weekend classes that teach techniques and dishes from all over the world, as well as online classes for those who prefer to stay in the comfort of their own homes, and children’s classes for those budding Junior chefs.
Cooking classes range from £30-£220pp and run throughout the year. To have a look at the full range of classes available, visit here
