We’re proud to launch our search for our Charity Partner of the Year.
We invite nominations for local charities and community groups that you feel would benefit from support from us as the local shopping centre. The official charity partnership will commence from January 2027 with meetings to organise things in advance commencing in November or December 2026.
The chosen charity will receive ongoing support throughout the partnership, including opportunities to fundraise within the shopping centre, promotion across Victoria Place website and social media channels, visibility amongst our retailers as a local cause they may choose to support, and opportunity to bring ideas to the table in what the chosen charity would like from the partnership.
The final charity partner will be chosen by the public through an online vote taking place in November 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, charities must:
- Be a not-for-profit charity
- Have a UK Registered Charity Number
- Be based in Woking and be a big part of supporting locals in Woking*
- Have staff and/or volunteers able to attend regular events and fundraising activities
- Have existing branding and marketing materials, such as a logo
