Step into the magic and say hello to Santa himself in his NEW cosy grotto at Victoria Place.

The grotto officially opens on Saturday 22 November* and will be welcoming visitors throughout the festive season — completely free of charge! Don’t forget to bring your Christmas wish list!

Note: Walk ins will be required to register before visiting Santa.  If there are no slots available online, please book for the next available slot.

SEN sessions – SEN children are welcome at any of the Grotto sessions, but the first 4 sessions each Grotto day are quieter sessions when the shopping centre isn’t as busy.  If your child/children would benefit from this, look for the gold booking times.

Bring the whole family, soak up the festive atmosphere, and make magical Christmas memories right here in the heart of Woking. ❤️

*Grotto opens on Friday 21st November pm to get Santa and the Elves settled in, but the official opening date is Saturday 22nd November.
