Join us in Wolsey Walk as our free Santa’s Grotto officially opens from 10am!

The whole centre will be bursting with festive fun, including singing elves and acro-juggling performers roaming at intervals throughout the day.

At Peacocks Food Court:
Enjoy a jam-packed schedule of seasonal celebrations:

• Are you on Santa’s Nice List? Find out with the Elves and the Good-o-Meter at 11:30am, 1pm & 2:30pm

• Meet our fabulous singing reindeer in their stables

• Visit our Arctic School (11am–4pm):

  • Dress up like a penguin

  • Join Penguin School

  • Make your own Arctic slime!

Step into the magic and say hello to Santa himself in his NEW cosy grotto at Victoria Place.

The grotto officially opens on Saturday 22 November* and will be welcoming visitors throughout the festive season — completely free of charge! Don’t forget to bring your Christmas wish list!

SEN sessions – SEN children are welcome at any of the Grotto sessions, but the first 4 sessions each Grotto day are quieter sessions when the shopping centre isn’t as busy.  If your child/children would benefit from this, look for the gold booking times.

From penguin adventures to reindeer games, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in the run-up to Christmas with our FREE festive events!

These are all FREE drop in sessions, so if it’s busy, you may need to queue.  We will ask you to register your attendance before entering.  Interactive sets run at intervals, but you can join in the make & take at any time.
